答：

戴用期间注意事项：Attentions during treatment：

1        本品由医生为患者操作使用。

1 Applied to patients only by physician

2        如果戴用后有脱落，可由家长按医生使用方法再戴入即可。如反复脱落，则说明工作端夹角较小，或者局部已扩张松弛。需返回医生处调整工作端夹角，或者医生检查是否已扩张到位。如需继续扩张则可更换大一型号扩张矫形器。请家长不要擅自调整工作端夹角和扩开度。

2 In case of fall off，put it on child’s phimosis by parents in accord with physician method of use。If it falls again，shows the included angle of working part is too small or regional enlarged relaxation，it needs to be checked by the physician。In case of further enlargement，a phimosis dilation orthoses of larger one is needed。Do not adjust the included angle of working part or opening degree without physician’s authorization。

 

3戴用期间避免****外伤或挤压。

3 Avoid Genital trauma or pressing during treatment

4        建议使用本品温和逐步扩张包皮口，不要使用超出局部承受的过大型号和扩开度，以免造成局部损伤。

4 Use this phimosis dilation orthoses to enlarge the foreskin mildly，do not use the

size beyond regional endurance lest causing regional injury。

5        经临床验证，儿童戴用本品期间无特殊不适及疼痛感觉。因本品作用力温和持续，而非反复暴力扩张。如有不适可选择利多卡因乳膏、凝胶等表麻剂缓解。如有剧烈疼痛则请联系您的医生及时复诊。

6        婴幼儿及儿童戴用期间需家长注意监护，防止误入口腔、鼻腔等。不戴用时应置于儿童拿不到的地方。
